Matthew Kozminski, DO is a board certified Neurologist. Growing up in western Pennsylvania, Dr. Kozminski received bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from St. Vincent College and Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2005.

Dr. Kozminski completed a Neurology Residency at Madigan Healthcare System in Tacoma, WA. While at Madigan, he participated in research and academic projects devoted to Headache Medicine, as well as extensive training with the usage of Botulinum Toxin injections and Nerve Blocks. After residency, Dr. Kozminski served as a battalion surgeon with the 9th Infantry Regiment, the Manchus, the oldest and most decorated infantry battalion in the US Army, while deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom.  He continued quality assurance projects for acute Head Injury and Headache Medicine while deployed.

Dr. Kozminski moved back to Western PA back in late 2014. Other than general neurology, his interests include Headache Medicine, Post-Traumatic Headache, Dementia, and Multiple Sclerosis. He has additional certifications in Headache Medicine (United Council for Neurological Subspecialties), Psychopharmacology (Neuroscience Education Institute) and Multiple Sclerosis (Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers). Dr. Kozminski is a fellow of the American Headache Society and one of the only neurologists in Western PA who holds this distinction.
