Vendor Registration


ACMH currently uses the Vendormate/GHX Credentialing Program. Please register at When visiting on-site at ACMH Hospital, please use one of the Vendormate Kiosks located in Materials Management, the Cancer Center or the Emergency Department. If you are visiting an OFF-SITE location (ex. Primary Care Center), continue reading for instructions on how to print a badge.

Remote sign in via the mobile app is a 2-step process that requires you to remotely print a badge and schedule your arrival within your user dashboard. Use the steps below to complete this process:

  1. Log in to your vendor portal at
  2. Enter your username (email) & password to enter the system. 
  3. Locate the "Actions" tab at the top right side of the screen and select "Print Badge" from the drop down menu.
  4. Complete the required fields as it pertains to your visit. 
  5. Click "Print Badge."

This will now create an event within your Mobile App. The event is eligible for sign in up to 2 hours prior to the estimated time of arrival and up to one hour past the estimated time of arrival. When you are ready to sign in, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Vendormate Mobile App
  2. Locate your pre-scheduled event.
  3. Click "Sign In"

You are now signed in. This same event will now move to the "Sign Out" tab within your mobile app. Upon completion of your visit, simply click "Sign Out" to complete the process.
