Meet Dr. Kraig Graham, MD, FAAOS
Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon & Upper Extremity Specialist
Hello, and welcome! I am Dr. Kraig Graham, a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in injuries and conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. With over a decade of clinical expertise, my goal is to help you reduce pain, restore your mobility, and get you safely back to doing what you love.
I see patients locally at Armstrong Orthopaedic Associates (ACMH) in Kittanning, and I also proudly serve our veterans at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
A Unique Engineering Mindset for Better Surgical Outcomes
Before I became a surgeon, I earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. This unique background gives me a distinct perspective on human anatomy. I view joints and limbs as intricate, dynamic systems. By combining engineering principles with cutting-edge medical advancements, I use specialized 3D computer modeling to plan precise, custom shoulder and elbow reconstructions tailored perfectly to your unique body.
My Care Philosophy
I believe that successful treatment begins with a strong partnership. Every patient has different life demands, hobbies, and goals. Whether you are dealing with a sudden injury, chronic arthritis, or a nerve issue, we will work together to create a personalized recovery plan. Whenever possible, I emphasize minimally invasive techniques—such as advanced arthroscopy and modern nerve procedures—to help minimize your discomfort and speed up your recovery time.
