Weekend Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Enhanced Pay: 20% over base RN rate Saturday & Sunday only
Summary:
ACMH is excited to offer our new Weekend Program, created to ensure continuous and consistent weekend coverage. With dedicated scheduling options, RNs will have greater flexibility to support work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
· A commitment to working (3) 12 hour shifts, 5 out of 6 weekends. This includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday sequential or Saturday, Sunday, Monday sequential.
Your contribution:
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, and referrals.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Floats, with an assignment, to other departments as needed to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios.

Position Requirements:
Applicants must have a current state RN license.
