  SALARY RANGE:  $25.16- $35.13 BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  Summary:

Assess patient needs, provide counseling, develop care plans, and connect individuals with community or medical resources to improve their daily lives in a close knit, rural community hospital setting.

Schedules provided on a 4-week schedule; Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm; No holidays

  Your contribution:

·         Evaluate mental health, emotional state, and personal needs.

·         Offer group counseling sessions.

·         Coordinate care plans with doctors, nurses, and other specialists.

·         Help patients handle emergency mental health or safety situations.

·         Help patients access insurance, housing, and support services.

  Position Requirements:

·         A Bachelor's (BSW) or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school.

·         One-year behavioral health experience desired.
