Care Management – Care Manager

·Daylight 7am-3:30pm/9am-5:30pm
·Licensed RN in state of PA. with 2-5 years in the are of clinical speciality
·Care Management in acute, psychiatric & Skilled Nursing Care
·Basic knowledge of healthcare utilization management
·Experience with Medicare/MA/MCO & third part reimbursement
·Knowledge of medical necessity criteria & severity of illness
