$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS/ 1 YEAR

 (8 and 12 hour shifts)
Daylight: 6:15 am - 2:45 pm / 6:15 am - 6:45 pm 
Afternoon: 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm
Nights: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am / 10:45 pm - 7:15 am
Weekend and holiday rotation
Certified Nurse Assistant required/ Long term care experience preferred
