$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS/ 1 year- Prorated for part time 
Daylight 6:45 am -3:15 pm 
Afternoon 3:00 pm -11:30 pm
BLS, CPI, preferred or within 6 months of hire
Nursing assistant experience preferred
