Women's Healthcare

Women's healthcare at ACMH Hospital addresses a wide spectrum of women's health issues and concerns.  The Women's Imaging Suite offers sophisticated radiological imaging including mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, sentinel node biopsy and PET scanning.  A skilled, knowledgeable and dedicated team of technicians and physicians work together to determine the most appropriate approach to produce precise and accurate imaging results for each patient.  The department, often working with the Armstrong Health & Education Foundation, also focuses on programs on osteoporosis and bone density screenings.

Other women's health programs offered to the community are breast cancer screenings twice a year, sessions on women & depression, menopause and a variety of education & support groups.
